Our outpatient Mental Health Facility is looking for a Clinical Director with an interactive approach to provide clinical oversight for our growing multi-location practice. Many of the day to day Responsibilities include:
Managing the day to day clinical areas of the practice to include but not limited to scheduling, staffing, training, direct services and other clinical/administrative duties.
Provide leadership in areas of clinical and program services, program evaluation, program development and training.
Builds relationships with para-professional staff, community partners, clinicians and other community professionals and leaders.
Provide direct clinical services, supervision and consultative services. This may include a small caseload, urgent assessments, etc.
Review, process, sign and monitor clinical documentation for quality.
Conduct formal and informal training.
Support clinical team and administrative staff as needed.
Participate in QA committee
Program monitoring, reporting, and process improvement
Oversees the recruitment, hiring, training and supervision of clinical staff, as required.
Works as a team member and reports all matters of concerns to the Medical Director.
Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity, accountability, teamwork and ethics.
Local travel to multiple sites in the Central FL area.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC)
License required LMHC
5+ years working in Mental Health
Experience working in a leadership or staff supervisory position.
Qualified Supervisor for clinical supervision of unlicensed staff
Experience with accreditation preferred, but not mandatory.
Medicaid ID required.
